Life can be hard, there are many stress inducing daily life chores, activities and work environments that affect us emotionally and physically. Learning how to manage those stressors is life changing. Hypnosis can help make that happen!
Each session through hypnosis, meditation, and breathing techniques you will develop new skills to help handle stressful situations and manage your thoughts to eliminate stress.

Weight Loss
$320 for 4 weeks (1 hour sessions)
Each session will consist of replacing negative self-talk with positive words and imagery through hypnosis, weight loss plan and goal setting.
You can expect deep relaxation, feeling positive and excited about your weight loss and a sense of accomplishment seeing a consistent drop in weight and a heightened feeling of self love and positivity.

Anxiety
$80 per session
Learn how to reduce and control anxiety with imagery, breathing techniques and managing your thoughts. You will be able to identify the signs of an anxiety attack before they happen and control them if they do happen.
