Private Yoga Sessions.....

For the new OR advanced practitioner.

Private yoga sessions can be beneficial stage of the yoga journey. For new students, the intention for a private session is to introduce you to the studio and determine the best way to achieve your goals. This begins with a discussion and sharing of your past physical activity and injuries, and clarification of your future intentions. Followed by a physical practice to determine alignment, strength, flexibility, and balance. Then ending with recommendations on how best to move forward, including suggestions for instructors and class options. 

For more advanced yogis, private sessions are a way to help deepen the physical practice. As well as, cultivate a better understanding of pranayama, meditation, and the philosophical teachings of yoga. The session will give the student a better sense of proper physical alignment tailored for your body, posture type, with consideration for any injuries past and present. These private sessions are designed to empower the student with self knowledge, allowing them to create a safe practice at home and in class thus creating a path for a safe lifelong practice.

  • No yoga experience is required.

  • Sessions are 60-75 minutes.

  • Appointment required.

  • Week day, evening, and weekend appointments available.
