The stress of the holiday hustle and bustle can make it difficult to stay present when enjoying time with your loved ones. Learn to ease your anxiety with movement, guided meditation, and various breathing exercises. Gain tips and techniques to tap into the feeling of grounding, centeredness, and stillness outside of the studio setting. Calming the mind and body, leaving you to feel energized, focused, and open to fully enjoy life!
