Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Ballet Barre & More....
Our class schedule is made up of four fitness formats that complement each other, to help you reach your wellness goals. Yoga to stretch, strengthen, tone, and let go. Zumba to raise the heart rate, burn calories, all while dancing. Ballet Barre to target, strengthen, and tone the lower body including the glutes, legs, and even feet. Pilates to strengthen and tone the core and rest of the body.
A variety of fun workshops, series, and groups are also offered. As well as, a comprehensive 200 hour Yoga Instructor Training program. Private sessions for any format, wellness coaching, personal training, Reiki, and energy work are also available.

At Body Karma Studio we offer a variety of small group fitness classes to help you find the workout that best meets your goals. All classes at Body Karma Studio are multi level so you can come in at a time that is convenient for you to get the workout that you need; weather you are just starting out or a seasoned fitness buff. Classes are taught by friendly fitness professionals who will assist you through classes, answer questions, motivate, and help you stay safe during your workout.
