Welcome to Body Karma Studio!
 
At Body Karma Studio we offer a variety of small group fitness classes to help you find the workout that best meets your goals.
 
All classes at Body Karma Studio are multi level so you can come in at a time that is convenient for you to get the workout that you need; whether you are just starting out or a seasoned fitness buff. Classes are taught by friendly fitness professionals who will assist you through classes, answer questions, motivate, and help you stay safe during your workout.
Yoga, Zumba, Pilates​​​​, Ballet Barre, & More...

Our class schedule is made up of fitness formats that complement each other, to help you reach your wellness goals. Yoga to stretch, strengthen, tone, and let go. Zumba to raise the heart rate, burn calories, all while dancing. Ballet Barre to target, strengthen, and tone the lower body including the glutes, legs, and even feet. Pilates to strengthen and tone the core and rest of the body. 

A variety of fun workshops, series, and groups are also offered. As well as, a comprehensive 200 hour Yoga Instructor Training program. Private sessions for any format, life/retirement/wellness coaching, personal training, Reiki, and energy work are also available.

REALLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!

I thoroughly enjoy the yoga classes at Body Karma Studio. I began my yoga journey taking one class a week and I am now up to three a week. The atmosphere is relaxed, with participants varying in age and ability. 

The instructors strive to make each class a positive experience, using a variety of practices to enhance the mind, body, and spirit. This is accomplished through stretching, balancing, and breathing exercises, along with meditation. 

The classes are an excellent addition to your self-care plan. You'll be rewarded with lots of positive energy as well as inner peace.
