  • Zumba

    Zumba is an easy to follow, calorie blasting, super fun, Latin inspired fitness dance party! Zumba classes blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography for a total body workout that burns calories, tones, and sculpts the body. 1 hour will fly by when you “ditch the workout and join the party!”

    Zumba Toning is perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using or light weights, helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! The weights enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

  • Pilates

    Pilates & Yin Yoga Fusion combines the breath work and core strengthening properties of Pilates with the deep stretching and centering of Yin Yoga. The two practices work naturally with each other to create inner strength and flexibility. Students should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water.

    Yoga Pilates Fusion Get the benefits of yoga with stretching, mindfulness and savasana with the added bonus of Pilates style breathing, glute and core strengthening. Great way to maximize the benefits of a one hour class!

At Body Karma Studio, yoga is used as a tool help stretch, strengthen, find balance, inner peace, and get a great workout at the same time. All classes are tailored to the needs of every student so whether you are just starting out or if you are a seasoned yogi you will find this class a mix of familiar and challenging. 

  • Balance Bliss

    Enhance your stability, strengthen your body, and boost your confidence with Balance Bliss! This class focuses on preventing fall-related injuries by improving awareness of your movement and practicing balance in a safe, supportive environment.

    At Body Karma Studio, each session guides participants through proper alignment while strengthening the legs and core with a variety of yoga poses. You’ll also explore a range of balance exercises, with options for different skill levels and modifications to meet your needs.

    Balance Bliss is suitable for all ages and fitness levels—whether you’re looking to improve your balance, build strength, or simply enjoy a mindful, focused practice.

  • Ballet Barre

    Come unleash your inner ballerina with Kris!  Ballet Barre uses basic Ballet technique and steps, this class is designed to promote overall strength, flexibility and balance, especially for the core and lower body. There is no special footwear necessary, and no dance experience is required. Students should bring a mat, water and a small towel. 

  • Chair Yoga

    Chair Yoga will improve mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and enhance energy with this gentle form of yoga. Chair yoga uses various props and modifications to seated, as well as, standing poses to create a safe atmosphere for students of all levels.

  • Yoga with Weights

    Take your yoga practice to the next level! In this all-level class, participants move through a full yoga sequence with options and modifications to suit beginners through advanced yogis. Hand weights are incorporated throughout to add resistance, build strength, and enhance your overall practice. This class is perfect for anyone looking to combine mindful movement with targeted strengthening.
