PERI TO POST 6 Wee k Series

Understand the changes. Build strength for what’s next.

You’ve heard that changes in your body are “just part of getting older.” But changes in your bladder, pelvic floor, strength, bones, or recovery can leave you with questions—and wondering what you can do about them.

Join physical therapist Jackie Skirkanich, PT, DPT, OCS, CMTPT for six welcoming, interactive sessions that go deeper than the introductory workshop. Each week brings practical education, movement, and space for the questions you may not have felt comfortable asking elsewhere.

The weekly breakdown

  1. Hormones & the Pelvic Floor
Understand what’s changing during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond—and how those changes can affect your pelvic health.

  2. Bladder & Bowel Health
Talk openly about urgency, leaking, and other symptoms women often assume they simply have to live with.

  3. Prolapse, Core & Pressure Management
Explore breathing, lifting, and movement strategies that help you feel more confident in your body.

  4. Bone Density & Strength Training
Learn how strength training and movement can support your bones and muscles through midlife and beyond.

  5. Sexual Health & Genitourinary Changes
Make space for honest conversation about dryness, discomfort, and other changes women aren’t always told to expect.

  6. Long-Term Lifestyle & Movement
Bring it all together with realistic habits that support strength, movement, and overall well-being.

Whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause, this series will help you better understand your body and find practical ways to keep moving forward. You do not need to attend the introductory workshop to join.

Course meets weekly on Thursdays at 6:30 pm, starting February 4.

Investment: $168 (plus sales tax) No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations.
